The Buyer may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order by completing the withdrawal form on the Seller's website. The Seller will promptly confirm the withdrawal by email and provide the address to which the bars must be returned.

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and may use any carrier of their choice. The Seller will refund the value of all bars returned unopened, including the cost of standard delivery paid by the Buyer. Opened or consumed bars are not eligible for a refund.
