Chews like real food, not soft fake-food bars
Soft Fake-Food Bars: Most bars on the shelf feel softer because of glycerol, sunflower lecithin, and other humectants added to hold moisture and create a factory-smooth texture. They're cheap, they're effective, and they quietly do the softening work that real ingredients can't.
Real Texture: Think of an apple, a handful of almonds, a piece of steak — food that nourishes your body. Our bars are built from the same kind of whole ingredients. Look closely and you'll see them — visible pieces of hazelnuts, peanuts or oats. We prioritize healing and clean ingredients in our bars, so we don't use any artificial sweeteners. There are several reasons why we decided to leave these artificial substances out of our bars:
- Gut health & Bloating: Artificial sweeteners, especially sugar alcohols like maltitol, erythritol, and xylitol (most commonly found in protein bars), cause uncomfortable bloating and gas. Emerging research also suggests that many sweeteners negatively alter gut health by disrupting beneficial bacteria and encouraging the growth of harmful bacteria.
- Health Concerns: Researchers continue to debate the long-term effects of sweeteners, with one of the primary concerns being their potential link to cancer, along with negative impacts on brain function, and neurological and metabolic health.
- Taste: They simply don't taste that good, have a bitter aftertaste, and make snacks less fun.
Why we use honey as our sweetener

Are there any seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, or GMOs?
No, everyday bar was created out of our own frustration with the food system and its harmful and sneaky ingredients. We don't allow any seed oils, high-fructose corn syrup, GMOs, or other nasties in our bars. We have extremely high standards, and we will never, ever compromise.
